The Randolph Community Middle School welcomes new and returning students and their families! We are excited about this upcoming school year; we hope that you are too. Seeing new and returning faces bring joy our hearts. We cannot wait to hear and read about all of your exciting summer news. By now your summer reading should be complete. Keep reading anyway!
This year promises to be exciting. Your scores have increased and learning is happening at all grade levels! So be proud of your accomplishments and be prepared to work even harder this year. We do have a few new expectations that we will get use to together. We are implementing Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) into the middle school. The purpose is to create a clear set of expectations that are taught and practiced. These expectations are reciprocal and will help you grow stronger as a student and as a communicator. PBIS is a priority. We will work directly with students, their families, and the community to promote these expectations. If we all model these behaviors we want to see, imagine the possibilities for RCMS. You can also search online for interesting facts about PBIS. Take a look!
Once again, it’s great to know that you will be joining us this fall. We can’t wait to see you all. See you on August, 30th at 7:35 am. Enjoy the rest of your summer. Stay safe and have fun!
